Summary

In the paper is discussed about the main problems of innovative activities that have been arising during implementation of innovative activities in modern business. There are also concepted the process of innovation, innovative activity, technological innovation and innovative business. Its listed the main problems that have been hindering realization of innovative activities in the innovative business. In the paper is indicated the important role of innovative activities in the process of producing new products, goods and development of innovative businesses. There are also represented the prospects and recommendations for implementation of innovative activities in Georgia. The paper consists of annotations, keywords, introduction, main part, conclusion and literature.
